Events, Seminars & Workshops
Space is limited at Events, Seminars & Workshops. Members are strongly encouraged to book very early. However, we recognize that life sometimes gets in the way of having fun. If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your registered start time. That will allow us to open up any waiting lists and give other Members enough time to make arrangements to attend in your place.
COVID NOTE: The health and safety of everyone in the community is of utmost importance. We don’t want anyone to feel compelled to attend just because they’ve already committed. If you feel ill in any way whatsoever, please do not attend. Contact us any time up to the start time and you will receive a refund or credit for future attendance.

Private Bookings
Ménage is a unique place with a singular purpose: to provide an environment where fantasies can come true. When you reserve Ménage for your private use or for a private function, the space, and our preparation for your arrival, are dedicated to you. Cancellations are not only detrimental to your enjoyment of the space, but have an impact on others who have been unable to book during the time dedicated to you. We appreciate that life sometimes gets in the way of fun, so the following policy is intended to be the best compromise to manage the requirements of providing a unique playspace, with the needs of others who may have to cancel their reservations.
If you need to cancel, please contact us well in advance of your registered booking. That will allow us to make the space available to others with enough time to make arrangements to book in your place. If you need to cancel with less notice, cancellation fees will apply:
For hourly bookings (up to 4.5 hours)
- More than 48 hours before start: full refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 75% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
- No notice or no show: 0% refund
For daily or weekly bookings (5 hours+ hourly = a daily rental)
- More than 72 hours before start: full refund
- 72-48 hours notice: 75% refund
- 48-24 hours notice: 50% refund
- 24 or fewer hours, or no show: 0% refund
Products
Most items purchased from Ménage may be exchanged or returned within 15 business days from the date order is shipped or picked up. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured.
Holiday Returns
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine’s Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Tangible items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine’s Day. All other terms for returns apply.
